Our current team of administration staff and tree specialists constitutes the best combination of skills, qualifications, experience and personalities that we believe Coastland Arbor Services has ever had; and the directors, Jeff and Linda Jakeman, are both very positive and enthusiastic about the future direction of the company.

Jeff Jakeman

DIRECTOR/PRINCIPAL ARBORIST
Jeff, our principal consulting arborist has over 20 years experience in the arboricultural industry. He is an ISA Certified Arborist, Certified Horticulturist, Registered Tree Risk Assessment Officer and Workplace Trainer & Assessor. Jeff also has extensive practical knowledge in the field, having led and climbed for his own tree crew since its humble inception in 1987 - and understands tree physiology and how different local species respond to pruning, disease and other stresses. DIRECTOR/SECRETARY/DESIGNER
Linda has been with the company since it’s inception and while she now operates her own design firm, she continues to play an important role in the direction and growth of Coastland Arbor Services. After several years working for other design firms and ad agencies, Linda decided to re-locate back to the Coastland office [her original studio]. READ MORE »

JESSE, BEN, DOUG, DAVE & JOSH

At Coastland Arbor Services, we believe well groomed, well dressed, articulate staff send a positive message to our clients. This includes our tree crew, and while the job can get very dirty at times, every attempt is made by our team to arrive at a client’s property neat and tidy.

Our company supplies all regulation hi-visibility uniforms boots and PPE [personal protective equipment such as steel capped boots, helmets, ear muffs, etc] - and crew members’ names are embroidered onto their shirts so that the client always knows who they are dealing with or speaking to.

We are very proud of our crew, who take pride and care in their work and share our commitment towards professional work practices, safety in the workplace and ensuring our customers are satisfied.
